Driving Directions

From the M62 exit at junction 25 signposted Dewsbury and Huddersfield East. Follow the A644 Dewsbury for approximately 2 miles. Turn right at the roundabout signposted Huddersfield and continue until you pass a Retail Park containing Staples and B & Q. At the traffic lights turn left onto Bradley Mills Road, signposted Rawthorpe and John Smiths Stadium. Due to the Cinema's close proximity to the John Smiths Stadium, parking will be limited on match days. All guests are advised to leave extra time for travelling to the Cinema, and that parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

From the M1 exit at Junction 38 onto the A637 continue on A637 through Bretton and Flockton. At the next roundabout turn left on the A642, following signs for Huddersfield. At the roundabout turn right and follow the A62 signposted Leeds / Bradford and go straight ahead at the next roundabout. Turn right at the lights onto Bradley Mills Road and the cinema will come into view straight ahead.

Location Of Cinema
ODEON Huddersfield is situated next to the John Smith?s Stadium just off Bradley Mills Road. The cinema s a mile away from Huddersfield Central train station and a five minute walk to bus stops located on Leeds Road, these stops service the majority of major bus routes.

There is a car park directly outside the cinema. However this is restricted when events are taking place at the stadium. There are multiple designated Blue Badge parking spaces within the car park directly in front of the cinema, with more available in the car park section outside the stadium.

The taxi and car drop off point is directly outside the cinema entrance within the car park.

Access To The Cinema
Access to the cinema is at ground level with access to the foyer via push/pull doors and one set of automatic doors. The building is split over three floors with lift access to all levels and an escalator to the first floor. The box office and ticket machines are located on the ground floor, with all refreshment areas located on the first floor where you can also find the main entrances to all Screens. Lowered counters and ticket machines are available for Wheelchair users. If you require any assistance, please ask a member of the team.

Guest seating is available in the main foyer on the first floor.

Male and female washrooms are all located on the first floor next to the entrances to Screens 2 and 3, with a further set towards the entrances of Screens 7 and 8. Fully accessible washrooms are adjacent the standard washrooms.

Guests using the second floor Wheelchair bays, fully accessible washrooms are also available on the second floor. Please ask a member of staff for details.

Access Within Screens
All Screens at ODEON Huddersfield are fully accessible with Wheelchair bays available. The Screens are located on the first floor and can be accessed via lift or escalator. All the auditoriums have stadium style seating with stepped aisles heading upwards to the back of the Screen. Please be aware of the slight slope on entry to the auditoriums.

Screens 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 have two blocks of seating with stepped aisles either side. Each Screen has a handrail up the first four to seven rows on the aisle nearest the Screen entrance and a handrail the full length of the aisle on the aisle furthest from the Screen entrance.

Screen 5 has three seating blocks with two stepped parallel aisles. A handrail is available on the aisles for the first eight rows.

Each Screen has a double Wheelchair bay at the front of the auditorium, with Screens 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 with a further single Wheelchair bay at the rear of the Screen. The back Wheelchair bays are accessed from the second floor via lift.

All Wheelchair bays have adjacent companion seating available.

Guests using the second floor Wheelchair bays, fully accessible washrooms are also available on the second floor. Please ask a member of staff for details.

Location of Washroom Facilities
Male and female washrooms are all located on the first floor next to the entrances to Screens 2 and 3, with a further set towards the entrances of Screens 7 and 8. Fully accessible washrooms are adjacent the standard washrooms.
