What's the plot?

Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson star in ‘We Bought a Zoo’, the incredible true story of a father who moves his young family to the countryside to restore and re-open a struggling zoo.

In an attempt to bring his family back together, he relocates, along with his two children, to the dilapidated menagerie where the family embark on a soul-restoring journey to return the zoo to its former glory.

Directed by Cameron Crowe (Jerry Maguire, Almost Famous), ‘We Bought a Zoo’ is an adaptation of Benjamin Mee's autobiographical memoir.

YAWN! The script was really poorly written - no real struggle to save the zoo as one would expect with ups and downs along the way with zero excitement...... The cinema was really noisy as everyone was talking to the extent that people walked out and someone shouted 'shut-up!'. It was a shame as it could have been a good film. It was also very long and the kids wanted to leave. Definitely one for the DVD......

One of this years better movies, totally surprised me, Good acting Good story line 5***** from me

The whole movie is warm hearted as a family movie and the some scenes are really touching. The story line is smooth and complete, no action no special effects, but pure nature and family love. The first thought after this film is I want to go to the ZOO~!
