A fascinating insight into a young Oxford graduate’s seven days with Hollywood’s most famous movie star, ‘My Week With Marilyn’ takes place during the filming of ‘The Prince and the Showgirl’, the 1957 film that brought Sir Laurence Olivier and Marilyn Monroe together for the only time.
‘My Week With Marilyn’ follows the lowly assistant as he is tasked with acting as Marilyn’s guide, witnesses the head-on collision between reserved England and uninhibited Hollywood, and is granted access to the innermost thoughts and secrets of the troubled sex symbol.

Brilliant!!!
Adorable Must See
kenneth steals the show
Michelle was excellent as the tragic heroine, who used her feminine wiles as much in reality as she did on screen. In my book that makes her a schemer but I understand that to others she is the ultimate misunderstood star.
My star turn in this was Kenneth. The sheer frustration of the situation boiling up into a rage he immediately regrets (at least once he registers the disapproval of those who witness it) Perfect! Casting was spot on throughout, well done.
